Kathryn Kendall

Kathryn Kendall is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Partner and Chief People Officer at Saltus since December 2022, Kathryn also provides strategic advisory services at The HR World. Previously, Kathryn held the position of Chief People Officer at Benefex from October 2014 to December 2022, overseeing all aspects of people management. With a strong background in human resources, Kathryn has additionally served as Head of HR at Candyking and as an HR Assistant at BDML Connect Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Management from the University of Portsmouth, along with a BA (Hons) in Acting (Musical Theatre) from Birmingham School of Acting.
