Simona Rutkauskaite

Simona Rutkauskaite is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial analysis, reporting, and property management. Currently serving as a Finance Associate at Saltus since October 2018, Simona's responsibilities include preparing financial statements and conducting variance analysis. Prior to this, Simona worked at LAINSTON MANAGEMENT LIMITED as an Assistant Management Accountant and Accounts Assistant, where duties included bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and rental income management, utilizing Quickbooks and Invu packages. Simona also held the position of Branch Accountant at Your Move, managing invoices and tenant queries. Starting as a Team Leader at All Bar One, Simona developed leadership skills in managing staff and operations. Simona obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Portsmouth and is currently pursuing ACCA qualification.
