Ryan Graves has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as a Consultant for PartnerSolve LLC. ryan then worked at GE Healthcare as an IT Program Leader from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they helped launch and raise funding for Uber, serving as CEO/GM for a year before becoming a Member of the Board of Directors. During their time at Uber, they also served as the SVP of Global Operations from 2011 to 2017. In 2018, they founded Saltwater Capital, where they are currently the Founder/CEO. ryan is also a Board Member for both charity: water and Pachama.

Ryan Graves attended Miami University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
