Theresa Fitzcharles

Theresa Fitzcharles has a background in psychology and education. Theresa has experience working as a DHS worker conducting investigations, as well as serving as an Executive Director at a group home for struggling youth. With a transition to counseling and intake roles, Theresa has provided support to students in crisis situations and helped them through difficult times. Currently, Theresa works as a Project Manager at Saltworks Security, bringing their extensive experience to project management in their current role.
