Elaine Davidson

Elaine Davidson, MD, has extensive experience in family medicine, currently serving as a physician at Saltzer Health since September 2005, where Elaine also holds the position of Associate Medical Director for Family Medicine and has contributed to the Finance and Executive committees. Throughout their career, Elaine has acted as a Clinical Research Investigator on clinical trials related to diabetes, hypertension, and immunization. Previously, Davidson was the Medical Director for Ideal Protein from January 2012 to May 2017, overseeing the implementation of a weight loss program. Earlier roles included practicing family medicine at Spokane Falls Family Clinic, Saltzer Medical Group, and Valley Family Health Care, where their responsibilities also encompassed inpatient medicine and obstetrics. Dr. Davidson earned their Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Virginia and completed their residency in Family Practice in Idaho, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Eastern Mennonite University.
