Alyssa Higgins

Alyssa Higgins has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alyssa began their career in 2008 at Pure Fitness, where they served as the Lead Receptionist. In this role, they supervised the reception staff, handled scheduling and training, resolved conflicts, and achieved high sales results.

In 2010, Alyssa worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Arizona, conducting experiments on Herpes Simplex Virus type 1 (HSV1) and presenting data to research specialists and graduate researchers.

Alyssa then joined LA Fitness in 2012 as a Receptionist before transitioning to the University of Arizona as a Preceptor in Molecular and Cellular Biology. Here, they provided academic support to students, attended lectures, led discussions, and facilitated critical thinking skills.

In 2013, Alyssa joined Salucro Healthcare Solutions as a Customer Care Consultant, later working their way up to roles such as Product Specialist, Channel Development Manager, and Senior Business Development Manager. Alyssa is currently serving as the Senior Program Manager, Partner Operations, responsible for improving the patient financial experience through digital-first approaches to patient billing and payments.

Alyssa Higgins completed their education at Corona Del Sol High School from 2005 to 2009. Afterwards, they attended the University of Arizona from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology, General.
