Andy McDonald has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on operations and business leadership. Andy is currently the Vice President of Operations at Salucro Healthcare Solutions, where they are responsible for implementing and delivering payment solutions for healthcare providers. Prior to this, they worked at nThrive as the Senior Director of Operations and Business Leader for the Reimbursements Business, where they led strategy and operations and managed the profit and loss (P&L) of the division. Before joining nThrive, Andy held various leadership roles at TransUnion, including Senior Director of Operations and Business Leader for the Reimbursements Business, Director of Operations and Business Leader for the Insurance Clearinghouse Business, Director of Channel Management, Manager of Existing Healthcare Partnerships, and Channel Major Account Executive. Andy has also served as a Financial Operations Consultant and Financial Analyst at TransUnion. Overall, Andy has a wealth of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, and building partnerships in the industry.

Andy McDonald attended Waubonsie Valley High School from 1999 to 2003. After completing high school, they continued their education at Carthage College from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Marketing. Several years later, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
