Kat Smith

Kat Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Designer at Signs & More until 2009. In 2008, they were a Graphic Designer at My Secret Deal, Inc. During this time, they created layouts for magazine insertions and assisted in maintaining retail websites. From 2011 to 2012, they served as an Administrative Assistant at Dart Advantage Logistics, where they handled customer service, inventory management, shipping, receiving, scheduling, and some human resource work. At AutoZone, they worked as a Hub Driver from 2012 to 2013, focusing on inventory management, order picking, and route-based transportation of merchandise. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Custom Printing Coordinator at mophie, preparing client branding and artwork for B2B marketing ventures. Kat focused on vector image manipulation and color management. From 2009 to 2012, Kat Smith attended Kendall College of Art and Design of Ferris State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Illustration.

Prior to that, from 2005 to 2009, they studied at Kalamazoo Valley Community College, earning an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Illustration.

Kat's secondary education took place at Schoolcraft High School, where they attended from 1994 to 1998. Kat completed a College Preparatory program and obtained a High School diploma.

In terms of additional certifications, Kat obtained a Chauffeur License (Truck/Bus/Limo/Taxi) from the State of Michigan in March 2021.
