Joel Montijo Rivas

Joel Montijo Rivas has extensive experience in technology and operations, currently serving as Gerente de Tecnología and previously as Subgerente de Operaciones TI at Salud Digna since January 2021. Joel also works as an Agile Coach at Lean Rangers since August 2013. Prior roles include Gerente de Arquitectura Empresarial de Sistemas and Gerente de Arquitectura y Procesos TI at Homex from February 2006 to December 2017, and co-founding Little Duck Solutions LDS, serving as Architect from January 2002 to January 2006. Earlier in their career, Joel worked as a Graphic Designer at Once Rios Editores from December 1998 to December 2002. Joel holds a degree in Software Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Culiacán, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
