Elena Hebden

Elena Hebden is an Associate Manufacturing Engineer at Saluda Medical since January 2022, previously holding the title of Graduate Manufacturing Engineer. In this role, Elena leads production investigations and conducts root cause analyses using various problem-solving tools while optimizing product yield through DOE studies. Prior experience includes serving as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, where Elena introduced new equipment, conducted validations, and designed poke-yoke tools to enhance assembly processes. Before joining Saluda Medical, Elena worked as a Medical Receptionist at Gladstone Practice, ensuring professional communication and managing patient records. Elena holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and a Bachelor of Medical Science in Mechatronic Engineering and Medical Science from the University of Technology Sydney.
