Tyler Mortimer

Tyler Mortimer is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as the NPI & Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor at Saluda Medical since May 2019, Tyler has played a key role in transitioning device design from product development to manufacturing. Previous positions at Saluda Medical include Senior NPI & Sustaining Engineer and Product Development Engineer, focusing on implantable neurostimulation systems. Prior to this, Tyler worked at AtCor Medical from February 2016 to April 2019 as Production Manager and Manufacturing Engineer, contributing to technologies for cardiovascular risk detection. Tyler's career began at CathRx Ltd, where roles included Product Development Engineer and a student position, supporting research on catheter treatments for atrial fibrillation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronic Engineering and a Master of Biomedical Engineering from UNSW.
