Rafael Graham

Rafael Graham currently serves as the President & Executive General Manager - Americas at Salus Aviation, starting in October 2023. Prior to this role, Rafael held various leadership positions at CHC Helicopter from November 2015 to September 2023, including Operational Director and Global Account Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing helicopter operations in Mexico and managing a portfolio of major oil company accounts. Rafael's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Key Energy Services, leading international business development and marketing efforts across multiple countries, and at Halliburton, where responsibilities ranged from managing global accounts to overseeing operations and sales teams. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
