Thomas E. Beeman

Admiral Beeman joined their Board of Trustees in 2017 and currently serves as a member of the Institutional Policy & Curriculum Committee.

Admiral Beeman is currently executive in residence at Penn Medicine and Saint Joseph University. Following a distinguished military career, he served as Chief Operating Officer, Regional Operations for Penn Medicine, and President & Chief Executive Officer of Lancaster General Health. In addition, he served as co-chair of the COVER commission appointed by the president to improve mental health care in the Veterans Administration.

Admiral Beeman is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and Policy, Weidner University with an MBA in Healthcare Administration, and St. Joseph’s University with a MA in Public Health Education and Promotion and a BS in Community Health and Preventative medicine.
