Nikki Schreiber

Nikki Schreiber is an experienced physical therapist with a comprehensive background in patient evaluation and treatment planning. Currently employed at Salus Homecare since July 2023, Nikki has previously worked at Interim HealthCare and Nexus Physical Therapy, where responsibilities included developing and modifying care plans for various patient populations, including those under worker's compensation and Medicare. Nikki's career also includes positions as a senior physical therapist at Country Manor Nursing Home and roles across multiple rehabilitation facilities, starting from 2009. Nikki holds a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiotherapy from Western University.
