Prior to this role, Quincie held the position of Director of Caregiving Services at Competent Care Home Health Nursing & Competent Caregiving from January 2010 to January 2012, during which time Quincie significantly increased business growth by more than three times and ensured a smooth transition by hiring and training a replacement before resignation.
