Alejandro Flores is the State Partnership Program Director for the Arizona National Guard, responsible for managing military and civilian engagements with Kazakhstan and Oman. With over 12 years of experience in operations, security, and logistics, Alejandro previously served as an Exercise Planner for NATO, where they coordinated large-scale military exercises. They held leadership roles in various positions, including as Deputy Director of Training and Exercises for the Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa and as an Executive Officer at the Military Entrance Processing Station. Alejandro also holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness at the University of Arizona.
