Sonda Kolodzinski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Business Operations, Compliance and Sustainability at Salute Mission Critical since April 2015, Sonda has played a key role in advancing a global Data Center services model that emphasizes agility, resilience, and scalability. Previous roles include Director of Talent Acquisition & Operations at CFT Eco and Operations Director at CFS Partners, Inc. Additionally, Sonda has held various positions in finance and recruitment, including Project Accountant at CH2M HILL and Senior Recruiter at PeopleNext. Sonda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
