Prior to her roles in the healthcare sector, she worked as a Production Administrator at Schools Publishing Limited and as a Legal Secretary at various solicitors' offices. Kirstie completed her CIPD Advanced Diploma at MOL Flexible Learning after attending Lady Edridge School for Girls and Ecclesbourne School for Girls. Her career in HR spans over three decades, beginning as a Secretary at Thistle Hotels Limited in the late 1980s.
