Jeff McClelland

Jeff McClelland is the Founder and COO at Salv. Jeff was previously at Wise from June 2014 to April 2019, where they were the Lead of the People Experience Team. Jeff has experience in developing the vision and KPIs for a team, as well as developing an employee engagement survey. Jeff also has experience in leading a deep-dive investigation into attrition.
