We provide accommodation for people to develop their personal talents and help them to access services and resources to gain employment and live independently. We adopt an advantaged thinking approach that focuses on people's talents and future potential rather than past problems. We work with residents to meet their 'whole'​ needs - physical, mental, moral and spiritual.
