Nancy Hamilton has extensive experience in quality management and compliance within the healthcare and social services sectors. Currently serving as the IQI Quality Manager at Salvation Army Housing Association since June 2010, Nancy focuses on the delivery of inspection contracts and ensuring adherence to legislative requirements. Prior roles include Quality Manager and Quality Inspector, where Nancy assessed social care centres for quality standards, as well as serving as a Compliance & Monitoring Officer at The Salvation Army from January 2000 to June 2010. Earlier experience includes a decade as Director of Nursing at Craigdhu Nursing Home, overseeing the management of the facility and staff to provide quality care to older adults. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Health Studies from the University of the West of Scotland and is a Registered General Nurse (RGN) trained at Glasgow Royal Infirmary School of Nursing.
