Caroline McLeese

Caroline McLeese is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in community assistance, client care, and hospitality management. Currently, Caroline serves as a Community Assistance Case Manager at The Salvation Army, having progressed from a Senior Client Care Associate at COUNTRY Financial®. Prior experience includes roles such as Training Supervisor at Jack & Ginger's Irish Pub, where responsibilities included training staff in service operations and communication. Caroline also made an impact as the first female Brand Activation Manager at Lakeshore Beverage, spearheading events and brand representation in the Bloomington-Normal Area. Previous positions at Pub II Restaurant & Lounge and Jimmy John's further contributed to Caroline's expertise in customer service and operations under pressure. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication from Eastern Illinois University.
