Dr Bill Foo

Dr. Bill Foo has over a decade of impactful leadership experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Advisory Board (Asia) for The Salvation Army and as a Director/Trustee for the International Institute for Strategic Studies, Dr. Foo plays a significant role in promoting strategic insights, particularly in security matters. In the private sector, Dr. Foo holds several key positions, including Director at Tower Capital Asia, Lead Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman at CDL Hospitality Trusts, and Chairman of TungLok Group. Dr. Foo is also involved in fostering economic ties as the Chairman of the Singapore Business Circle and has a long-standing commitment to community service as a Patron of the Bukit Timah Citizen Consultative Committee. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from McGill University and an Honorary Doctor of Commerce from James Cook University.
