Garrison Duke

Garrison Duke, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Director at The Salvation Army, overseeing Buchanan Lodge, a long-term care facility funded by Fraser Health. Previously, Garrison held the role of Chief Operating Officer and Director of Employment and Language Services at DIVERSEcity Community Resources Society from November 2018 to August 2024. Between March 2012 and August 2024, Garrison was the Owner of Pathsetter Career and Performance Coaching and served as the Director of Employment Services at Archway Community Services. Earlier career experience includes a position as Senior Manager for Training and Employment Programs at Boys and Girls Clubs of South Coast BC from July 2010 to March 2012. Garrison completed an MBA at Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University between 2020 and 2022 and holds a Workplace Education Associate Certificate from the University of the Fraser Valley obtained in 2018, along with a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Seneca Polytechnic.
