Giulia Ciappi

Giulia Ciappi has extensive work experience in the field of health, safety, and engineering. Giulia held various roles at Salvatore Ferragamo, starting in 2008 as the HSE, Energy, Facility & Engineering Director and later becoming the HSE Global Director & Global Store Engineering Coordinator. Giulia also served as the SA 8000, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 14064, ISO 50001 Manager & Energy team coordinator. Additionally, Ciappi worked as the RSPP, HSE manager & Engineering Corporate manager. Prior to their time at Salvatore Ferragamo, they were the HSE, Environmental, Energy & Engineering Director at Salvatore Ferragamo Spa. Before that, they worked at Nuovo Pignone as the Responsabile sistemi di gestione qualità, sicurezza, ambiente from 2006 to 2008.

Giulia Ciappi pursued a Laurea Specialistica in Ingegneria dell'Ambiente e del Territorio, Specializzazione Progettazione impianti industriali from Facoltà Ingegneria Firenze from 2000 to 2005. Giulia then completed a University program on Risk governance: Manage the risks at Macquarie University in 2022. Additionally, in 2022, they undertook a Business English: Finance and Economics program at Arizona State University. In 2023, Giulia attended Utility Manager Academy to obtain a degree in Utility Manager with a focus on Energy Management. Giulia also participated in the Percorso Executive in Energy Management at Politecnico di Milano from 2022 to 2023. Furthermore, they enrolled in various short-term courses, including Energy Management for Real Estate at Politecnico di Milano and Corporate Sustainability: Understanding and Seizing the Strategic Opportunity at Università Bocconi, both in 2023. Finally, in the same year, they studied Agile Organization at the University of Colorado.
