Vincenzo Equestre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in luxury retail and brand management. Currently serving as the Head of Retail Excellence & International Network Coordinator and CEO for the EMEA region at FERRAGAMO, Vincenzo has held significant leadership roles at prestigious companies such as CHAUMET, where Vincenzo was the International Vice President Sales & Distribution, and Christian Dior Couture, where Vincenzo served as Europe General Manager. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Ermenegildo Zegna, Louis Vuitton Malletier, and L'Oreal S.A., where responsibilities spanned from managing regional networks to overseeing international development in the luxury segment. Vincenzo began a career in marketing at Unilever, laying a strong foundation in creative and execution marketing. Vincenzo holds a Laurea in Economics from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
