Michael Stroh has extensive experience in hospitality and construction. Currently serving as Assistant Banquet Manager at Salvatore's Hospitality since November 2022, Michael previously worked as Banquet Captain at Hyatt Regency Hotel Buffalo New York from March 2022 to December 2022. Before entering the hospitality industry, Michael was the Owner of Four Seasons Concrete Construction from 2002 until May 2022, specializing in custom concrete designs such as porches, steps, retaining walls, patios, driveways, and enhanced reflective epoxy coatings, including radiant heated driveways and floors. Michael studied at Big Bend Community College from 1982 to 1984.

Salvatore's Hospitality was established in 1938 on East Delavan Ave, in the city of Buffalo, NY. It was started by Joe Salvatore as a small restaurant. Today it is ran by his grandson Joseph Salvatore and consists of The Garden Place Hotel, The Delavan Hotel, Salvatore's Italian Gardens Restaurant, Salvatore's Banquets and Catering & Salvatore's Cafe. Salvatore's Hospitality is family owned and operated by the Salvatore family (Joe Salvatore and his three children) and continue though the quality of service and product keep the company growing. As a company we pride ourselves as treating our patrons and staff with respect and understanding to help promote a fun environment for anyone and everyone who comes to our properties.
