Uxia Vazquez

Uxia Vazquez serves as the Director of Andalucía TRADE, leading initiatives to promote sustainable trade partnerships between Canada and Andalusia since June 2019. With experience managing multi-sector projects in areas such as aeronautics and technology, Uxia focuses on enhancing trade relations. Prior roles include Project Manager at Salveo, where Uxia oversaw over 60 market assessment projects, and Sales and Marketing responsibilities at Espuna Canada Inc., where Uxia developed growth strategies for the Canadian market. Uxia's background also includes international trade analysis, teaching Spanish, and contributions to sociolinguistic research. Uxia holds advanced degrees in International Business Administration and Project Management, as well as a licentiate in Translation and Interpretation.
