Monirul also founded and served as the CEO of Jiva IT Solution. Additionally, Monirul worked as a Maintenance and Operation Engineer at ASM Chemical Industries Ltd. and as a Service Engineer at Pacific Associates Limited. Monirul'smost recent role was as a Technical SEO Director at Goalry, Inc.

Monirul Islam pursued their education in a chronological order. Monirul first attended Uttara High School from 1996 to 2005, where they completed their School Secondary Certificate with a focus on science. Following that, from 2006 to 2007, they attended Milestone College, where they obtained a Higher Secondary Certificate in the field of science. Finally, they enrolled at the American International University-Bangladesh from 2008 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
