Bill Westendorf

Bill Westendorf is an experienced facilities and maintenance professional with a comprehensive background in property management and HVAC systems. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities at The Salyers Group since May 2016, Bill previously worked as a Maintenance Supervisor at Asset Campus Housing, where oversight of maintenance staff and property operations was a key responsibility. From January 2010 to May 2016, Bill owned and operated Westendorf Property Maintenance LLC, specializing in HVAC and refrigeration services. Additionally, Bill gained valuable experience as an HVAC Engineer at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, focusing on the installation, repair, and maintenance of various systems and equipment. Bill holds a high school diploma from Stephen T. Badin High School, graduating in 2004.
