Litha Sokutu is a DEI Strategic Specialist at Salzburg Global Seminar since October 2022. Previously, Litha worked as a Trend & Tech Analyst at ITONICS from January 2021 to June 2023, focusing on using research methodologies to identify trends and create insights that align with ESG priorities for a multinational company. As a Co-Founder and Director of Social Literacy Conversation from September 2017 to January 2021, Litha specialized in developing customized e-learning products for organizational cultural growth. Litha also served as a Business Analyst at Eighty20 from February 2016 to April 2017, conducting strategy research and data analysis. Earlier roles include tutoring at the University of Cape Town's Centre for Film & Media Studies from June 2013 to December 2015 and interning with Electric Entertainment during the Berlinale festival in February 2015. Litha holds an education background from the University of Cape Town, completed between 2010 and 2016.
