Stefan Kranzinger

Stefan Kranzinger is a researcher and data scientist with extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and economics. Currently serving at Salzburg Research since February 2019, Stefan specializes in methods such as Random Forests, AdaBoost, and Neural Networks, focusing on classification, prediction, and data visualization using human motion and traffic data. Additionally, Stefan has been a lecturer at WU (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien) since December 2015, teaching courses on economic and financial policy, and has held various academic positions, including a lecturer role at Seeburg Castle University. With a robust educational background, including a PhD in Economics from WU and multiple degrees from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, Stefan combines practical data analysis experience from roles at Wüstenrot Gruppe with academic rigor in empirical and econometric studies.
