Michael Haarer

Michael Haarer possesses extensive experience in technical leadership and management within the theater and event industry. Currently serving as Mitglied Prüfungsausschuss FVT IHK at IHK für München und Oberbayern since June 2018, Michael also holds the position of Technischer Leiter at Salzburger Landestheater since August 2017. Previous roles include Leitung Bühnenbetriebe and Bühnenobermeister at Theater Basel from August 2012 to July 2017, and various positions at IHK Karlsruhe and Württembergische Staatstheater Stuttgart. Michael has also worked as a guest lecturer in theater and event technology at Macromedia Akademie für Medien Stuttgart and has contributed to several festivals in technical leadership roles. Michael's educational background includes a Diplom in Theater- und Veranstaltungstechnik from Berlin University of Applied Sciences.
