Sebastian Händeler

Sebastian Heinz currently serves as a Graduate Assistant at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, beginning in September 2024. Previously held the role of Group Procurement Analyst at Selecta from January to June 2024, where Sebastian led digital transformation initiatives in procurement, optimizing contract management and enhancing data accessibility while developing KPI dashboards for leadership. In early 2023, Sebastian worked as a Working Student Procurement Intern at Selecta, contributing to the development of procurement policies and supporting sustainability compliance efforts. Early experience includes serving as a Host at SQUARE, where Sebastian engaged with the community and supported event management. Sebastian holds a Master’s in International Business from the University of South Carolina, along with graduate certificates in Global Strategy and Business Analytics, and a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in International Management from the University of St.Gallen. Additionally, Sebastian studied at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from September 2022 to January 2023.
