Additionally, Jason worked as a Public Speaker at Creative Coaching, Inc and as a Lead Pastor at Providence Church.
Jason Spears attended Trevecca Nazarene University from 1994 to 1998, where they studied Pastoral Studies/Counseling. In 2012, they also completed a program in Organizational Leadership at the National Institute of Christian Leadership. Additionally, Jason obtained certification as a DiSC Certified Trainer from Wiley in the year 2020.
