Lauren Henry is currently the Associate Director at SAM Sensory and Consumer Research, where they have focused on delivering Sensory & Consumer Research projects that enhance product development. Lauren graduated with a first-class degree in Neuroscience from the University of Oxford and recently completed a PGCert in Sensory Science at the University of Nottingham, with a project on the repeatability of implicit methods for food assessment. Prior to their current role, Lauren served as a Project Manager at Sensory Dimensions from 2014 to 2021 and conducted a Visual Neuroscience research project at the University of Oxford in 2013-2014.
