Olivier Ranjon is currently the Responsable laboratoire évaluation sensorielle at Eurofins SAM Sensory and Marketing Research International, a position held since 2020. They also serve as an Enseignant vacataire at Université de Lille since 2017. Previously, Olivier gained experience as a sensory analyst and quality file manager at Adiv from 2007 to 2009, and as a consumer testing project manager at Qualtech SA from 2005 to 2006. From 2009 to 2020, they were the laboratory manager for sensory analysis at Galys. Olivier holds a DESS in oenologie from Université de Reims and a maîtrise in sciences et techniques, specializing in evaluation sensorielle, from Université François Rabelais de Tours.
