Christina Best

Christina Best is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources and coaching. Currently serving as an Associate Coach at Sama since December 2021 and as a Senior Partner at Campden Hill International since September 2019, Christina has a wealth of experience. Previous roles include Employee Engagement Manager and Head of International and Investment Management HR at Legg Mason from 2006 to September 2019, as well as VP HR Europe and Asia at CIBC World Markets plc from 2000 to 2003. Christina also held the position of Vice President at JP Morgan from 1992 to 2000 and worked as a Consultant at Towers Perrin, Canada Consulting, and The Boston Consulting Group from 1985 to 1992. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a BA (Hons) in Linguistics from the University of Ottawa. Additionally, Christina has pursued executive education at the Center for Creative Leadership.
