Abha Laddha

Abha Laddha has a diverse work experience. Abha is currently the Director of Solutions Engineering and Launch at Sama, where they lead the Strategics Solutions Engineering team and is responsible for technical efforts to win Fortune 50 customers, innovating and building solutions, collaborating with Product and Engineering, partnering with CSMs, creating marketing collateral, and working with technologies such as Python, Heroku, APIs, Ruby, Postgres, and Node.js. Prior to this role, they were a Solutions Engineering Manager and Manager of Customer Success Engineering at Sama. Abha also received the Muhammed Yunus award for their work as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Sama, where they built scalable processes, conducted training programs, and oversaw strategic technical conversations with important customers. Before joining Sama, Abha had roles as a Resident Assistant and Research Assistant at Carleton College, and as a Research/Project Assistant at MIT Media Lab. Abha also worked at the Carleton College Summer Computer Science Institute as a Research Assistant, where they published a research paper and assisted with robotics projects.

Abha Laddha holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science and Political Science/International Relations from Carleton College. Abha also completed a program called International Honors Programs: Cities in the 21st Century, which took their to various cities including New York City, USA; São Paulo, Brazil; Cape Town, South Africa; and Ahmedabad, India. Prior to these, they attended Modern High School for Girls in Kolkata, India, where they focused on the Physical Sciences.
