Hossein Samei

Hossein Samei has a diverse range of work experience in consulting and strategic planning roles. Hossein started their career as a Junior Business Analyst at ASHNA Group, where they worked on projects in the ICT sector. Hossein later worked as a Business Analyst for several organizations before transitioning into management consulting, where they focused on strategic planning, business development, and business model design.

In 2013, Hossein became the Strategic Planning and Business Development Manager at the Industrial Management Institute, a renowned management consulting and education institution. Hossein then moved on to work as the Strategic Planning Manager and Secretary of the Board for Refah Chain Stores Co., the largest player in Iran's retailing landscape.

Hossein's experience also includes roles as the Deputy Director of Strategy and Development at Lotus Economic and Engineering Group, a leading construction holding company, and as a Management Consultant for various organizations, including the Iran Foreign Investment Company and Raman Investment Group.

Currently, Hossein is active as an Adjunct Professor at the Sharif University of Technology's Graduate School of Management and Economics, where they teach courses on advanced strategic planning. Hossein is also a Management Consultant, primarily focused on helping companies grow their business and assisting families with their family business challenges. In addition, they serve as the Head of the Strategy Committee at Saman Insurance, ensuring the organization's effective strategic planning and execution.

Hossein Samei's education history begins in 2002 when they enrolled at Sharif University of Technology and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering in 2006. Following that, they continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in 2009, specializing in Strategy and Organizational Growth. From 2009 to 2015, they pursued further academic achievements and completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree at Sharif University of Technology, focusing on Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Business Development, and Growth.
