Diego Nicola

Diego Nicola possesses extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations, currently serving as Gerente General and previously as Gerente de Comercio Exterior at SAMAN since March 2017. Prior to this, Diego held the position of Gerente at Mercor Alimentos from July 2014 to February 2017, and was also Gerente at Molino Dolores - Nolston S.A from October 2008 to June 2014. Diego's career began with roles as Gerente Comercial and Jefe de Ventas at Ecolat Uruguay (formerly Parmalat) from May 2006 to October 2008. Diego holds a Stanford LEAD certificate from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business (2021-2022), a Master of Science in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota (2004-2005), an MBA from the University of St. Thomas (2001-2002), and an Ingeniero Agrónomo degree from Universidad de la República.
