Babra Mudzanapabwe is a seasoned professional in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) management with extensive experience across various mining and environmental sectors. Currently serving as SHEQ Manager at Samancor Chrome since April 2015, Babra has previously held significant roles such as Safety & Sustainable Development Manager at Kudumane Manganese Resources, SHERQ Manager at Black Rock Mine - Assmang Manganese, and Chief Safety Officer/HSE Manager at Anglo Platinum. Babra’s expertise includes developing and implementing HSE management systems, drafting policies, managing compliance with legislation, and establishing relationships with stakeholders and regulatory authorities. Babra holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of Zimbabwe.
