Rosemary Molefe

Rosemary Molefe is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Samancor Chrome since November 2016, Rosemary previously held key positions including Managing Member at Bakamo HR Solutions, where the company provided accredited training services, and HOD of Human Resources at Vunene Mining. Rosemary's background also includes managerial roles in recruitment and human capital at Lonmin Platinum and BME, part of the Omnia Group. An educational foundation in Industrial Sociology and Psychology was established at the University of the Witwatersrand, complemented by studies at St Dominics and Unisa.
