They have also held positions in business development and production. The team is well-educated, with degrees in management science and engineering, enterprise management, metallurgy, and metallurgy from universities such as the University of Science and Technology Beijing, the University of the Witwatersrand, and the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria.
