Victoria Hartell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community housing and student support services. Currently serving as Residential Coordinator and Housing Locator at Samaritan House since April 2018, Victoria fosters relationships with landlords to support HUD's Housing First model, successfully housing over 30 clients affected by domestic violence and homelessness through various grants. Prior to this, Victoria worked at Regent University as a Student Care Team Member and Academic Advisor, where responsibilities included coordinating student situations and providing exceptional customer service. Earlier roles included an internship at Natasha House, where superior writing and communication skills were applied, and a position as a Survey Research Interviewer at the Wason Center for Public Policy, showcasing strong analytical and communicative abilities. Victoria holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Christopher Newport University.
