Emily Soderquist

Emily Soderquist is currently the Manager of Education and Samaritan Experience Manager at Samaritan Medical Center, a role held since May 2016. In this position, Emily utilizes data from Press Ganey patient surveys and Patient Relations to identify areas for improvement in patient experience, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance processes based on patient perspectives. Prior to this, Emily served as a Graduate Assistant Coach at St. Lawrence University from August 2014 to May 2016, where responsibilities included coaching student athletes in lacrosse, developing training schedules, and recruiting talent. Emily holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from St. Lawrence University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Wellness Management from the State University of New York at Oswego.
