Joe Geyer

Joe Geyer has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joe started their career as a Math Teacher at Morton High School, where they not only taught various math classes but also took on additional roles such as coaching the Math Team, wrestling, and initiating the Chess Club. Joe then transitioned into the field of computer science, working as a Summer Computer Science Intern at the National Security Agency and later as a Cryptologic Computer Scientist. Joe further developed their technical skills by working as an Engineer at Caterpillar Inc. before joining Samaritan Ministries International as a Software Engineer and eventually being promoted to Lead Software Developer. Throughout their career, they have displayed a strong commitment to continuous learning and growth.

Joe Geyer earned a Master of Computer Science degree in Computer Science from Miami University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to this, they completed a Master of Science degree in Math Education from Illinois State University in 2004. Joe also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Math Education from Illinois State University.
