Paul Saklatvala has been in the IT industry for over two decades, starting as a Network Support Engineer and progressing to roles such as Head of (IT) Operations & Projects, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and currently serving as Assistant Director of Information Technology and Head of Information Systems at Samaritans. Paul has extensive experience in managing technical projects, ensuring smooth business operations, and delivering high-quality services to customers. Paul holds a BSc in Environmental and Resource Science with Professional Studies from the University of Salford.
