Rabbanikhan M is currently serving as the Regional HR Manager at Belstar Microfinance Limited since October 2022. Prior to this, Rabbanikhan was a Senior Executive Human Resources at Samasta Microfinance Limited starting from May 2021. With a background as an HR Associate at Eureka Forbes Ltd from August 2015 to May 2021, Rabbanikhan has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Priyardarshini Engineering College, Vellore. Additionally, Rabbanikhan holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from Govt Boys School, Vellore.
