Elizabeth Owings

Elizabeth Owings has a diverse work experience. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder & CEO of Samata Health. From 2016-2015, they worked at Arabella Advisors as the Assistant General Counsel and Staff Counsel, and at Mercer Thompson LLC as an Attorney. In 2015, they were a Legal Extern at the Latin American Association. In 2014, they were a Legal Intern at the MacArthur Foundation. In 2013, they were a Research and Teaching Assistant to Professor Mary L. Dudziak at Emory University School of Law. In 2012, they were an External Relations Intern at The Chicago Council on Global Affairs. In 2010, they worked at Northwestern University School of Law as a Research Assistant, where they held roles such as a Research Assistant to Clinical Fellow, Research Assistant at The Children and Family Justice Center, and Research Intern at The Center on Wrongful Convictions.

Elizabeth Owings graduated from Northwestern University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Elizabeth'story. From 2012 to 2015, they attended Emory University and earned their Doctor of Law. Prior to 2012, they studied Democracy and Development at Stellenbosch University.
